Grounds Maintenance Includes.
*Rubbish Collection
Whilst on site, if there are large items of rubbish that need disposing of, we will report it to you immediately. For an additional charge we will be happy to remove these items for you.
* Guttering and General Building Maintenance
Should there be any general building maintenance that needs to be carried out to your properties,such as Gutter Cleaning or repairs, Painting etc. We will inform you and would be happy to quote for this work.
* Car Park Areas
Remove all litter
Remove all weeds
Apply weed killer
* Grassed Areas & Lawns
Remove all litter
Cut grass to length according to ground conditions
Ride-on lawnmower for larger areas available
dispose of all cuttings
Strim edges of all grass to the same length as cut
* Refuse Areas
Keeping the refuse areas free of debris and checking that bins are stored in an orderly manner
* Dealing with work that arises during the changing seasons e.g in Autumn allowing additional time for the collection and disposal of fallen leaves
